I’m a California-born tattoo artist and the owner of Old Republic Tattoo Company in Midtown Sacramento. I’ve been tattooing professionally since 1998, and over the years I’ve built my craft around clean design, thoughtful execution, and tattoos that live well in the body long after the session ends.
I work primarily in a custom, illustrative/Neo-Traditional-influenced style while also enjoying the challenge of other approaches when they fit the idea and the client. My process is collaborative: I want to understand your vision and translate it into an original piece that fits your body and your story.
Running my own shop means creating an environment that’s welcoming, relaxed, and focused on high-quality work and clear communication. Whether it’s your first tattoo or part of a larger project, I take time at every stage, from design and consultation to execution and aftercare guidance.
I build tattoos that last and experiences people remember. Every piece starts with a story … yours. Your interests, your history, together we turn it into something original that fits your body and your life. Clean design and strong fundamentals matter, but just as important is the process and the connection we build along the way.
